WHISPER INTERNATIONAL (HOLDINGS) CO, LTD is located at the beautiful coastal island of Xiamen. There are three subsidiaries that produce blinds, and plastic floor and many other plastic products, together with a trade service company, named Xiamen Tri-bull Trade Service Company into one comprehensive Group.

The first subsidiary factory--WHISPER (XIAMEN) PLASTIC CO.,LTD used to be located in the NO.88 Gaolin Qiantou street Xiamen Huli area ,which was more than 7000 square meters, and manufactured more than 50 Plastics products, together with more than 10 types of equipments, with 250 employees .It started production in August 2002, after that the factory moved to No.1122-1128 Hangtian Road, Guannan Industrial Zone, Jimei District, Xiamen in July 2006. The new 13,000 square meters factory is equipped with more than 100 production lines, with 300-500 employees full time ,with a capacity of 60 fortyfoot containers per month. Annual turnover value is 18 million USD.

The second subsidiary factory--WHISPER (ZHANGZHOU) BLIND INDUSTRY CO.,LTD is to be sited on 32,000 square meters of industrial land in Zhangzhou Longchi Industrial Development Zone, in which we proposed to establish a factory of 40,000 square meters, with a capacity of 200 fortyfoot containers per month, with 1,500 employees. The main products are plastic flooring, construction material bamboo blinds and bamboo products. The estimated annual turnover value is 60 million USD.

As the symbol of the industrial chain extension for Whisper, TR-BULL TRADING CO.,LTD is the company who is dedicated to build bridges between the domestic factories and international buyers, ie, to find buyers for the factories and to find factories for buyers. It's a professional service agency. We will also provide financial support, professional order processing services for factories, to provide professional purchasing and quality control services for international buyers. Covering of pesticides, chemicals, household products, furniture, clothing etc., including import and export trade, it is predicated that exports amounts will reach more than 100 million USD.
